지도력, 통솔력. 건설관리는 사람관리와 직결되고 이는 매우 중요한 요소이므로Project Manager 나 Site Manager 는 건설공사가 진행됨에 따라 그때 그때에 필요한 통합된 지도력을 발휘하여야 하며, 다음과 같은 선택을 할 수 있다 * Directing - Telling others what to do * Facilitating - Coordinating the input of others * Coaching - Instructing others * Supporting - Providing assistance along the way * Autocratic _ Making decisions without input * Consultative - Inviting ideas from others * Consensus - Problem solving in a group with decision-making basedon group agreement이상으로 Leadership 관련하여 말씀드렸습니다.
